Palo Cortado:
-A white wine made from grapes of the Palomino variety.
-Colour: mahogany and chestnut.
-Aroma: notes of citrus,bitter orange,tobacco and leather.This is round,intense wine which is long on the palate.
-Best served:Between 12º and 14º
-Food pairings: Pairs well with ripe cheeses,dried fruits, meat stews and offal.
-Alcohhol content by volume: 15%
