Aión: Maturing for 1 month in 500 litres previously used oak barrels with its own yeast making brettanomyce twice a week during five months in the inox tanks. Three months mínimum maturing in the bottle. Heavy and deep color, full bodied on the palate. Complex with tones of White fruit with a pastry and nut taste.
